Once you have a web site with me, you can e-mail or call me for any information you need about the Internet. If the consultation is something that can be answered or dealt with quickly, then there is no charge ... to me, that service is part of normal "maintenance" and is included in the price. If you aren't a customer but need help, I'll do all I can to answer your questions at no charge as long as it doesn't interfere with my daily business. My feeling is that if you are happy with my help and service, you'll come to me for your Internet needs.

In some cases, the level of consultation will require a considerable outlay of time and/or research on my part. If that is the case, I'll negotiate a price with you ahead of time.

If you receive an answer from me but haven't yet paid ... don't worry; that means the answer was free.
